Herberto Palacios was slow to take the kick. During this time Atlético Ourense's players had a chance to rest. When the match had gone on for 24 minutes, Unai Calatayud took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Raymond Verdaguer to make any attempt to save it. After having played for 27 minutes, Euloxu Bermudez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Atlético Ourense's supporters crossed their fingers, but Euloxu Bermudez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Unai Calatayud who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 30thth minute tested the skills of Raymond Verdaguer when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Raymond Verdaguer stood somewhat misplaced when Unai Calatayud came free in front of goal and shot 3-0 to the left of him in the 30 minute. Raymond Verdaguer was a little too slow when Unai Calatayud got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 33rd minute. The score was now 4-0. Valliniello F.C's Raymond Verdaguer proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Valliniello F.C from getting a goal against them. Unai Calatayud took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Raymond Verdaguer. Raymond Verdaguer dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. Unai Calatayud fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raymond Verdaguer having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Unai Calatayud got free with Raymond Verdaguer in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Eleuterio De Paula to strike the kick off in the second half. Euloxu Bermudez struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Raymond Verdaguer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Atlético Ourense. 57 minutes into the match, Atlético Ourense's Enrico Carmona sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Raymond Verdaguer narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Unai Calatayud's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Raymond Verdaguer was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Raymond Verdaguer prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Atlético Ourense booed when Valliniello F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Josu Sirvent didn't get a good kick on the ball. Atlético Ourense's Tartalo Rajoi was substituted for Unai Calatayud. Lucero Flores hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tartalo Rajoi in the 71st minute of play forced Valliniello F.C's goalkeeper Raymond Verdaguer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Valliniello F.C getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Etxatxu Acarreta hit a great ball. When Tartalo Rajoi came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Atlético Ourense fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tartalo Rajoi couldn't finish the play. Tartalo Rajoi took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Raymond Verdaguer. After 81 minutes, Tartalo Rajoi made it 8-0 with a short kick to the right side. Valliniello F.C's Raymond Verdaguer tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tartalo Rajoi in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Raymond Verdaguer saved Valliniello F.C from getting behind.
