Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ranolfo Quevedo got the match started through his kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Bellavista's zone, 余宽冰 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Demesio Torres came out of the goal and 余宽冰 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Souston C.F booed when Bellavista was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Behe Gil didn't get a good kick on the ball. 8 minutes into the game, Souston C.F's 余宽冰 nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Demesio Torres made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After 10 minutes of play, Souston C.F's Xulio Bermudez made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Demesio Torres was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ranolfo Quevedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Johan Alberda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 20th minute Xulio Bermudez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Demesio Torres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 22 minutes into the game, Xulio Bermudez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Demesio Torres was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Demesio Torres stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Xulio Bermudez's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. Demesio Torres showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 余宽冰, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Souston C.F's Xulio Bermudez got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 34 minutes, Xulio Bermudez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Souston C.F's supporters crossed their fingers, but Xulio Bermudez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Xulio Bermudez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Demesio Torres was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. 39 minutes into the match, Souston C.F's goalkeeper Johan Alberda had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Epicuro Beloki. Demesio Torres took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xulio Bermudez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Xulio Bermudez blasted a shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Demesio Torres having to make a save. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Xulio Bermudez stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Xulio Bermudez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience was convinced that Xulio Bermudez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Demesio Torres was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. When Souston C.F's Xulio Bermudez in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Demesio Torres was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Souston C.F's Xulio Bermudez was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 73rd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. If 余宽冰 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by 余宽冰 in the 81st minute of play forced Bellavista's goalkeeper Demesio Torres to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 82 played minutes, Souston C.F's Rigoberto Guijarro shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Demesio Torres came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Souston C.F reached it. Xulio Bermudez had several of the Bellavista's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 83 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-8 score and a disappointed Demesio Torres as he didn't even see the shot coming. After a rather tough play, Bellavista's Alfredo Salan got a free kick in the 89th minute. If 余宽冰 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Souston C.F were awarded a corner in the 95th minute after Bellavista's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Xulio Bermudez took the corner. A well-hit corner resulted in Luis Ricoy heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. When the match was over Souston C.F could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Bellavista throughout the match.
