After a defensive mix-up in Bellavista's zone, Vito Moreno stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Demesio Torres came out of the goal and Vito Moreno tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 28 minutes into the match, Bellavista's Petri Bellido broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. The supporters of Bellavista booed when VALENCIA ARD CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sabin Coello didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ranolfo Quevedo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. VALENCIA ARD CF's Desiderio Idiaquez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save VALENCIA ARD CF from getting a goal against them. In the 46th minute Ranolfo Quevedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Desiderio Idiaquez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 48 minutes into the game, VALENCIA ARD CF's Matias Guasch nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Demesio Torres made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Ranolfo Quevedo made the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Matias Guasch got free with Demesio Torres in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 60 minutes, Vito Moreno made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Bellavista's Demesio Torres tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 62 minutes, Matias Guasch managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. VALENCIA ARD CF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Matias Guasch was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 64th minute, Epicuro Beloki got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With his leg Demesio Torres managed to avoid a goal in the 66thth minute, when VALENCIA ARD CF's Matias Guasch fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Vito Moreno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Demesio Torres tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Desiderio Idiaquez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Epicuro Beloki in the 69th minute of play. After 78 played minutes Bellavista got a freekick which was hit by Andrin Alonso. The supporters of VALENCIA ARD CF booed when Bellavista was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andrin Alonso didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Bellavista's Demesio Torres got control of the ball when Matias Guasch tried to sneak it across the goal line. Demesio Torres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vito Moreno in the 93rd minute of play. Matias Guasch received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Demesio Torres tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vito Moreno recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Bellavista's Demesio Torres got control of the ball when Matias Guasch tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the final whistle sounded VALENCIA ARD CF left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Bellavista.
