The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rai Vadillos was the one to do the kick off. Justino Babia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Justino Babia came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Gatomatik Hospitalet fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Justino Babia couldn't finish the play. Aita Briso's late challenge caught a EL COMANDANTE's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. But to his dismay, Rai Vadillos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hernán Fresnos in the 68th minute of play forced EL COMANDANTE's goalkeeper Ilixo Urquijo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Chus Palomar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gonzo Sobrado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rai Vadillos in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Chus Palomar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rai Vadillos received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Chus Palomar came out and tried to block the shot, but Rai Vadillos slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 78th minute.
