When the match had gone on for 44 minutes, Donatello Cacheres put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Chus Palomar. The supporters of Gatomatik Hospitalet booed when Guyu FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Osvaldo Figueres didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
