Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jordi Baeza in the 9th minute of play forced LEPE CYTY TEAM's goalkeeper Francisco Ramos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Francisco Ramos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jordi Baeza in the 13th minute of play. In the 15th minute, Jordi Baeza ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Francisco Ramos was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 19th minute of the match Oscar Minguez shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Francisco Ramos showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 21st minute, Bruno Folch reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Mats Wallengren. The goal made the score 1-2. Renato Augusto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Francisco Ramos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 26th minute Oscar Minguez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Francisco Ramos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bruno Folch in the 28th minute of play forced Matasuegras FC's goalkeeper Mats Wallengren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 34 played minutes LEPE CYTY TEAM got a freekick which was hit by Quilino Rodriguez. Francisco Ramos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dikdik Ardiwilaga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 41st minute, Oscar Minguez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Quilino Rodriguez made in the 44th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Nabar Bacete. In the 45th minute of the match Oscar Minguez sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Francisco Ramos skillfully saved the ball. The supporters of LEPE CYTY TEAM booed when Matasuegras FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pastor Madariaga didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 46th minute, Nabar Bacete sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Matasuegras FC's Mats Wallengren didn't even have to move. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bruno Folch to make the kick off. The referee showed Espiridion Garcia the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Espiridion Garcia kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Francisco Ramos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jordi Baeza in the 59th minute of play. In the 60th minute Matasuegras FC were awarded a corner. Barry Dimmock went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Barry Dimmock almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but LEPE CYTY TEAM's Francisco Ramos did a great save. Francisco Ramos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jordi Baeza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Francisco Ramos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Espiridion Garcia, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. If Nabar Bacete had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 66 played minutes LEPE CYTY TEAM got a freekick which was hit by Bruno Folch. Alfredo Prats hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Espiridion Garcia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Francisco Ramos having to interfere. LEPE CYTY TEAM's Francisco Ramos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save LEPE CYTY TEAM from getting a goal against them. After 75th play minutes Jordi Baeza shot 1-4, a short shot which went by Francisco Ramos and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 78th play minute Espiridion Garcia came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Francisco Ramos. 1-5. In the 82nd minute, Jordi Baeza ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Francisco Ramos was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-6. Francisco Ramos made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Espiridion Garcia sent off a good shot on target. After 87 played minutes LEPE CYTY TEAM got a freekick which was hit by Quilino Rodriguez. When %teams%'s Jordi Baeza was free in front of goal, he didn't hesitate to shoot 1-7 just inside the left pole, 88 minutes into the game. Francisco Ramos was annoyed at himself for letting in the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jordi Baeza got free with Francisco Ramos in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match had gone on for 94 minutes, Jordi Baeza put it in 1-8 from a short distance just to the right of Francisco Ramos.
