Yosua Paredes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Petronio Checa, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Lorenzo Toledo charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lorenzo Toledo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 16 played minutes Kraken got a freekick which was hit by Lorenzo Toledo. Tito Vila showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martino Jauregui in the 19th minute of the match. With a little luck, Rosario Central's Tito Vila got control of the ball when Lorenzo Toledo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tito Vila made an important save on a dangerous shot by Martino Jauregui in the 21st minute. In the 23rd minute, Petronio Checa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rosario Central fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Domeka Montiel kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. With a little luck, Rosario Central's Tito Vila got control of the ball when Martino Jauregui tried to sneak it across the goal line. Yosua Paredes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joseba Romero, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Federico Fonticoba could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Tito Vila made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Petronio Checa in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Yosua Paredes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 48 minutes into the match, Kraken's goal looked a bit too open when Petronio Checa came free, but Yosua Paredes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

In the 57th minute, Hilario Labarra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Rosario Central booed when Kraken was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Federico Fonticoba didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Petronio Checa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Yosua Paredes was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. Karol Cwynar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Angelines Carmona fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rosario Central's protests and gave Angelines Carmona a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Rosario Central's Angelines Carmona got a free kick in the 72nd minute. In the 74th match minute, Rosario Central was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adelio Barro to maneuver through the defense. When Gandolfo Japón came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Kraken fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gandolfo Japón couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Rosario Central getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Angelines Carmona hit a great ball. In the 87th minute Petronio Checa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yosua Paredes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
