Damian Tipinski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benigno Sanz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Frankie Yankovich came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Gitarriu fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Frankie Yankovich couldn't finish the play. Bernebe Sabugal took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Felipe Varela. Felipe Varela dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Gitarriu's Bernebe Sabugal got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Frankie Yankovich scored 0-2 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Felipe Varela, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Felipe Varela showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frankie Yankovich in the 26th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frankie Yankovich in the 28th minute of play forced Venecia's goalkeeper Felipe Varela to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Bernebe Sabugal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Urko Ferrer kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. After having played for 35 minutes, Bernebe Sabugal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Venecia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Joel Lundström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Felipe Varela tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Venecia players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Gitarriu were winning 0-4.

Bernebe Sabugal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Felipe Varela having to interfere. Bernebe Sabugal showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-7. In the 77th minute, Joel Lundström reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Felipe Varela. The goal made the score 0-8. In the 80th play minute Frankie Yankovich came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Felipe Varela. 0-9. 83 minutes into the match, Joel Lundström notched a goal, 0-10, to the right of Venecia's Felipe Varela. Felipe Varela was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Bernebe Sabugal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Felipe Varela having to interfere. Damian Tipinski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xuoco Riells, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Venecia's Felipe Varela proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Venecia from getting a goal against them. In the 92nd minute, Gitarriu's Joel Lundström ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Felipe Varela. Felipe Varela yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-11. The Venecia fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Gitarriu were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
