Minoritaris's Efren Garzon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bichiko Candamo in the 4th minute of play. In the 6th minute, Xurxo Lagunas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Efren Garzon was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Xurxo Lagunas took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Efren Garzon. Efren Garzon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. In the 12th minute, Filomeno Tormes reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Efren Garzon. The goal made the score 3-0. A collision led to Minoritaris getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Rodolfo Irureta hit a great ball. Asturcones d´la Abadía's Bernardo Molina got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Filomeno Tormes succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 4-0 in the 18th playminute. With a little luck, Minoritaris's Efren Garzon got control of the ball when Filomeno Tormes tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 22 minutes, Filomeno Tormes made it 5-0 with a short kick to the right side. Minoritaris's Efren Garzon tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Xurxo Lagunas in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Efren Garzon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Efren Garzon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xurxo Lagunas, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. 29 minutes into the game, Veremundo Lastras cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Efren Garzon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 32 played minutes Xurxo Lagunas rounded Minoritaris's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 7-0. After some careless play in the Minoritaris defense, Veremundo Lastras kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Efren Garzon. The Minoritaris fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Efren Garzon should have stopped the shot. Efren Garzon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alejandro Fernandez in the 41st minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Filomeno Tormes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Asturcones d´la Abadía's supporters rose to their feet, but Filomeno Tormes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Efren Garzon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 10-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Filomeno Tormes made the kick off in the second half. When the match had gone on for 55 minutes, Xurxo Lagunas put it in 11-0 from a short distance just to the right of Efren Garzon. Filomeno Tormes scored 12-0 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Efren Garzon, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 63 minutes, Xurxo Lagunas made it 13-0 with a short kick to the right side. Minoritaris's Efren Garzon tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Veremundo Lastras received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Efren Garzon didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Asier Izquierdo went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 16-0 was the resulting score. Asier Izquierdo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Efren Garzon having to interfere. A collision led to Minoritaris getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Pirro Palacios hit a great ball. Asier Izquierdo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 85th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Efren Garzon. Minoritaris's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 88 minutes into the match, Minoritaris's goal looked a bit too open when Xurxo Lagunas came free, but Efren Garzon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Xurxo Lagunas scored 17-0 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Efren Garzon, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience was convinced that Filomeno Tormes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Efren Garzon was relentless in the 92nd minute of the game. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Asturcones d´la Abadía had played much better football throughout.
