Laffitte Sanes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Nastasio Carreira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 7th minute the ball was on its way in behind Vitoria-Gasteiz's goalkeeper Nastasio Carreira, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Nastasio Carreira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Laffitte Sanes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Vitoria-Gasteiz's zone, Anacleto Pais stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nastasio Carreira came out of the goal and Anacleto Pais tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 13 minutes into the game, AC Guadalajara's Anacleto Pais nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nastasio Carreira made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 16th minute, Evarado Taules ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nastasio Carreira was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. In the 18th minute Laffitte Sanes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nastasio Carreira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Laffitte Sanes in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nastasio Carreira saved Vitoria-Gasteiz from getting behind. Laffitte Sanes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Nastasio Carreira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 25 minutes into the match, Anacleto Pais notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Vitoria-Gasteiz's Nastasio Carreira. Nastasio Carreira was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 29 minutes, Belmiro Alvarez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vitoria-Gasteiz and the AC Guadalajara players grew even worse after the yellow card. But to his dismay, Jay-Jay Fahlgren quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. When AC Guadalajara's Laffitte Sanes in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Vitoria-Gasteiz's goalie prevented a goal. After 36 minutes of play, AC Guadalajara's Anacleto Pais made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nastasio Carreira was left in no man's land by his defense there! Nastasio Carreira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Laffitte Sanes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nastasio Carreira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Laffitte Sanes in the 42nd minute of the match. Aldo Pascual hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. When AC Guadalajara's Laffitte Sanes in the 47th minute got a chance for a shot 47th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Vitoria-Gasteiz's goalie prevented a goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-7.

In the 51st minute, Laffitte Sanes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jay-Jay Fahlgren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Nastasio Carreira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 55th minute, Jay-Jay Fahlgren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Belmiro Alvarez got his second yellow card in the match during the 56th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Nastasio Carreira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Laffitte Sanes in the 60th minute of play. Nastasio Carreira was a little too slow when Laffitte Sanes got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 61st minute. The score was now 0-8. Nastasio Carreira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Laffitte Sanes in the 65th minute of play. Nastasio Carreira didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Evarado Taules went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-9 was the resulting score. AC Guadalajara's Laffitte Sanes got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Laffitte Sanes in the 75thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Nastasio Carreira, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Vitoria-Gasteiz's Nastasio Carreira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Laffitte Sanes in the 78th minute of play. In the 80thth minute of the game Laffitte Sanes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vitoria-Gasteiz's Nastasio Carreira was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 81st minute, AC Guadalajara's Laffitte Sanes ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Nastasio Carreira. Nastasio Carreira yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-11. In the 86thth minute of the game Laffitte Sanes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vitoria-Gasteiz's Nastasio Carreira was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 0-12 became the score in the 91st minute when Laffitte Sanes elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Laffitte Sanes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. AC Guadalajara's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
