In the 37th minute Juan Aceves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Helge Schleie saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Xaloc defense, Yosua Diez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Helge Schleie. The Xaloc fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Helge Schleie should have stopped the shot. Helge Schleie made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yosua Diez in the 41st minute of play. Yosua Diez took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Helge Schleie. Helge Schleie dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. After the first half Real Pacator CF were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Yosua Diez was the one to do the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Yosua Diez in the 50th minute a chance for a shot on goal. In the 64th minute of the match, Sivert Hedbom got a very nice opportunity to score, but Helge Schleie was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 66th minute, Sivert Hedbom ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Helge Schleie was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-6. Helge Schleie made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Sivert Hedbom sent off a good shot on target. 69 minutes into the match, Real Pacator CF's goal looked a bit too open when Humberto Barba came free, but Waldir Peres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
