Spectators: 8505 (Terracing: 6379, Seating: 1956, VIP seats: 170) After a rather tough play, Guardia's Loramendi Vera got a free kick in the 6th minute. 9 minutes into the game, Stoyko Drenkov was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Guardia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Iron Maiden FC the free kick. The supporters of Iron Maiden FC booed when Guardia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stoyko Drenkov didn't get a good kick on the ball. Iron Maiden FC's Adalberto Nueva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francisco Ruiz in the 19th minute of play. In the 20th minute, Iron Maiden FC's Günalp Talip ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Eleazar Titos. Eleazar Titos yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. In the 22nd minute Arın Biçim shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eleazar Titos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 25th minute of the match, Honorio Torrent got a very nice opportunity to score, but Eleazar Titos was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After 26 played minutes Iron Maiden FC got a freekick which was hit by Marcos Olano. With a little luck, Guardia's Eleazar Titos got control of the ball when Dave Murray tried to sneak it across the goal line. Francisco Ruiz struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Adalberto Nueva didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Guardia. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dave Murray got free with Eleazar Titos in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Eleazar Titos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Günalp Talip in the 43rd minute of the match. Guardia's Eleazar Titos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Günalp Talip in the 44th minute of play. Adalberto Nueva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Francisco Ruiz, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Arın Biçim made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Arın Biçim shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eleazar Titos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adalberto Nueva stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Francisco Ruiz's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. Eleazar Titos came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Iron Maiden FC's Honorio Torrent. But to his dismay, Honorio Torrent quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. 60 minutes into the game, Arın Biçim cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Eleazar Titos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Francisco Ruiz in the 66th minute of play forced Iron Maiden FC's goalkeeper Adalberto Nueva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Iron Maiden FC's Janick Geers was substituted for Dave Murray. Iron Maiden FC made a substitution. Steve Harris replaced Arın Biçim. Adalberto Nueva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francisco Ruiz in the 74th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stoyko Drenkov in the 76th minute of play forced Iron Maiden FC's goalkeeper Adalberto Nueva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 77thth minute of the game Steve Harris who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Guardia's Eleazar Titos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Iron Maiden FC's Adalberto Nueva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stoyko Drenkov in the 79th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Francisco Ruiz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Guardia's supporters rose to their feet, but Francisco Ruiz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adalberto Nueva breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Iron Maiden FC's Rob Halford was substituted for Clive Burr. Eleazar Titos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Steve Harris in the 88th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Janick Geers in the 90th minute of play forced Guardia's goalkeeper Eleazar Titos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Guardia were awarded a corner in the 92th minute after Iron Maiden FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Francisco Ruiz took the corner. It was a well-played corner which Nacho Prats managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Guardia's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
