With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rick Sánchez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some careless play in the C.F Intercity defense, Goyo Bouzas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jeremie Van Nel. The C.F Intercity fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jeremie Van Nel should have stopped the shot. 24 minutes had been played when some careless play by C.F Intercity's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Lawrence Perpiñán was slow to take the kick. During this time Uxamancia FC's players had a chance to rest. A well-hit corner resulted in Goyo Bouzas heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. In the 26th minute Olivar Ribeiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rick Sánchez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 29 minutes into the match, C.F Intercity's goal looked a bit too open when Goyo Bouzas came free, but Jeremie Van Nel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 30 minutes into the match, Uxamancia FC's goal looked a bit too open when Olivar Ribeiro came free, but Rick Sánchez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 32 minutes into the game, C.F Intercity's Olivar Ribeiro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rick Sánchez made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Jeremie Van Nel was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Derman Uysal showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-2 in the 35 minute of play. Jeremie Van Nel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Derman Uysal, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Rick Sánchez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Giro Campomanes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Giro Campomanes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. C.F Intercity's Şimşek Miran was substituted for Ferrer Zubizarreta. 60 minutes into the match, C.F Intercity's goal looked a bit too open when Goyo Bouzas came free, but Jeremie Van Nel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rick Sánchez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Giro Campomanes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. C.F Intercity's Luis Zamora was substituted for Giro Campomanes. C.F Intercity's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olivar Ribeiro in the 84th minute of play forced Uxamancia FC's goalkeeper Rick Sánchez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 87 minutes of play, Uxamancia FC's Doroteo Viqueira made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jeremie Van Nel was left in no man's land by his defense there! Uxamancia FC's Reyes Tobias was substituted for Gelacio Casillas. When C.F Intercity's Olivar Ribeiro in the 95th minute got a chance for a shot 95th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Uxamancia FC's goalie prevented a goal. Uxamancia FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
