Puente Cantalojas's zone, Jacinto Guisasola stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Atauri Salan came out of the goal and Jacinto Guisasola tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 7 minutes into the match, A.D. Puente Cantalojas's Mario Jardeløv sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Niceto Albizua narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A.D. Puente Cantalojas's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Rios Marin in the 9th minute. The corner led A.D. Puente Cantalojas's Rios Marin to fire away a dangerous shot which Niceto Albizua despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 12 minutes into the game, A.D. Puente Cantalojas's Mario Jardeløv nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Niceto Albizua made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Marcu Scripcaru made in the 16th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Gustaw Bara. Niceto Albizua showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mario Jardeløv in the 18th minute of the match. A.D. Puente Cantalojas's Atauri Salan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lars Petrov in the 22nd minute of play. A.D. Puente Cantalojas's attentive Theo Hernandez managed to snatch the ball when Tello Negro made a throw-in in the 24th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, A.D. Puente Cantalojas's Roberto-Carlos Rocha got a free kick in the 25th minute. Atauri Salan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hori Marquez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marcu Scripcaru hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Bardo Cameno hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Atauri Salan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jacinto Guisasola, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mario Jardeløv in the 38th minute of play forced Mantequillosos CF's goalkeeper Niceto Albizua to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 39 minutes into the match, A.D. Puente Cantalojas's goal looked a bit too open when Jacinto Guisasola came free, but Atauri Salan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind Mantequillosos CF's goalkeeper Niceto Albizua, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Atauri Salan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hori Marquez went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Atauri Salan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustaw Bara in the 47th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mario Jardeløv was the one to do the kick off. Atauri Salan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jacinto Guisasola in the 51st minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mario Jardeløv in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Niceto Albizua saved Mantequillosos CF from getting behind. In the 62nd minute, Rios Marin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mario Jardeløv's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Niceto Albizua read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. A.D. Puente Cantalojas made a substitution. Alexander Casas replaced Erland Odman. A.D. Puente Cantalojas's Carlos Camarasa was substituted for Mario Jardeløv. A.D. Atauri Salan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tiburcio Antunez in the 80th minute of play. In the 83rd minute, Mantequillosos CF's Hori Marquez ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Atauri Salan. Atauri Salan yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. Atauri Salan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lars Petrov, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. 85 minutes into the game, Lars Petrov cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Atauri Salan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gustaw Bara kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Rios Marin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 93 minutes, Atauri Salan successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When Mantequillosos CF's Lars Petrov in the 94th minute got a chance for a shot 94th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye A.D. Puente Cantalojas's goalie prevented a goal. In the 95th match minute, Mantequillosos CF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcu Scripcaru to maneuver through the defense. 96 minutes into the match, Rios Marin notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Mantequillosos CF's Niceto Albizua. Niceto Albizua was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Mantequillosos CF walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
