Spectators: 7174 (Terracing: 5549, Seating: 1600, VIP seats: 25) Rikki Sandelstein started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ernst Desbo during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 3 played minutes Mejdal GIK got a freekick which was hit by Ernst Desbo. In the 11th minute of the match Al Sennov shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Keld Malherbe showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 14 minutes into the match, Eagles FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ernst Desbo came free, but Vagnar Dyrvig reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mejdal GIK's Keld Malherbe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by August Hickey in the 15th minute of play. In the 16th minute, Valdemar Brynning hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Mejdal GIK's Daniel Edler got a free kick in the 17th minute. In the 20th match minute, Eagles FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Al Sennov to maneuver through the defense. Ralph Eiholm hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Vagnar Dyrvig made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Godtfred Leerhøy in the 25th minute of play. Godtfred Leerhøy recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eagles FC's Vagnar Dyrvig played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Godtfred Leerhøy in the 31st minute of play. After 33 minutes, Godtfred Leerhøy mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mejdal GIK and the Eagles FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 41st minute, Karlo Ålund got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Valdemar Brynning kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. After having played for 43 minutes, Karlo Ålund managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Eagles FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Karlo Ålund was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mejdal GIK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 44th minute, when August Hickey scored to the left of an out of position Keld Malherbe, making the score, 2-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Godtfred Leerhøy was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 52 minutes, August Hickey managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Eagles FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but August Hickey was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 54th minute of the match Nis Kottal sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Keld Malherbe skillfully saved the ball. When Freddi Banfeldt fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mejdal GIK's protests and gave Freddi Banfeldt a yellow card for diving instead. Freddi Banfeldt kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karlo Ålund in the 61st minute of play forced Mejdal GIK's goalkeeper Keld Malherbe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 62nd minute, Valdemar Brynning hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 63rdth minute of the game Rikki Sandelstein who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mejdal GIK's Keld Malherbe was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The Eagles FC fans' excitement grew in the 72nd match minute when Eagles FC's Rikki Sandelstein looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rikki Sandelstein in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Keld Malherbe prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mejdal GIK's Keld Malherbe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Steff Mundeli in the 80th minute of play. In the 83rdth minute of the game August Hickey who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mejdal GIK's Keld Malherbe was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Eagles FC's August Hickey in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mejdal GIK's goalie prevented a goal. Keld Malherbe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rikki Sandelstein in the 87th minute of play. Keld Malherbe didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Karlo Ålund went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Godtfred Leerhøy in the 94th minute of play forced Eagles FC's goalkeeper Vagnar Dyrvig to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With his leg Vagnar Dyrvig managed to avoid a goal in the 96thth minute, when Mejdal GIK's Ernst Desbo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 97 minutes of play, Eagles FC's Karlo Ålund made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Keld Malherbe was left in no man's land by his defense there!
