Spectators: 6726 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Al Hjorteng got the match started through his kick off. Fårup SIK's Daniel Søller played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Torbjørn Fagerby in the 3rd minute of play. Petter Engeborg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Boje Sommur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 10 minutes, Al Hjorteng took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Boje Sommur to make any attempt to save it. Al Hjorteng sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 17 played minutes Fårup SIK got a freekick which was hit by Eilif Jarlstad. In the 18th minute, Eddy Sparrø sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Fårup SIK's Daniel Søller didn't even have to move. Al Hjorteng struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Boje Sommur didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fårup SIK. Al Hjorteng received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Boje Sommur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 23 minutes, Klas Rindum mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Team Damascus and the Fårup SIK players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 25 played minutes Team Damascus got a freekick which was hit by Klas Rindum. Boje Sommur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Al Hjorteng in the 26th minute of the match. Al Hjorteng blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Boje Sommur having to make a save. Boje Sommur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Al Hjorteng, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A hard shot by Eilif Jarlstad from long distance, 37 minutes into the match, got Boje Sommur's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Daniel Søller came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by Team Damascus's Torbjørn Fagerby. But to his dismay, Torbjørn Fagerby quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bertrand Fackmann to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Fårup SIK getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Jannick Luytkis hit a great ball. Team Damascus's Torbjørn Fagerby got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 56 played minutes Fårup SIK got a freekick which was hit by Arne Famme. Petter Engeborg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Boje Sommur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Petter Engeborg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Boje Sommur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Petter Engeborg in the 67th minute of the match. A collision led to Team Damascus getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Klas Rindum hit a great ball. When Al Hjorteng came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Fårup SIK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Al Hjorteng couldn't finish the play. When the match clock showed 77 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Petter Engeborg sped through Team Damascus's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Boje Sommur. 84 minutes into the match, Fårup SIK's goalkeeper Daniel Søller had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Torbjørn Fagerby. When Team Damascus's Bertrand Fackmann in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Fårup SIK's goalie prevented a goal. With a little luck, Fårup SIK's Daniel Søller got control of the ball when Torbjørn Fagerby tried to sneak it across the goal line.
