In the 4th minute of the match, Carsten Feibert tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Nicki Virel saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Lennart Ardensberg scored 0-1 in the 7th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kevin Wiik, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Muhammad Hillesø kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Carsten Feibert fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicki Virel having to interfere. Carsten Feibert received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Nicki Virel came out and tried to block the shot, but Carsten Feibert slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 18th minute. In the 21st minute Carsten Feibert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicki Virel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Muhammad Hillesø charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Muhammad Hillesø the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Muhammad Hillesø kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Jysted's Carsten Feibert in the 26th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Nicki Virel was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Taabel FV through an amazing save. Kevin Wiik showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nichlas Hustoft in the 28th minute of the match. Bob Barsk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Nicki Virel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Lennart Ardensberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Taabel FV's supporters rose to their feet, but Lennart Ardensberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kevin Wiik breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kevin Wiik stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lennart Ardensberg's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Carsten Feibert in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nicki Virel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Nichlas Hustoft had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Carsten Feibert was the one to do the kick off. If Bob Barsk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 60th minute, Rikardt Altenburg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bob Barsk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Nicki Virel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Jysted's zone, Nichlas Hustoft stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kevin Wiik came out of the goal and Nichlas Hustoft tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rudy Saandvig hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. 69 minutes into the match, Taabel FV's Nichlas Hustoft sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kevin Wiik narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 71 minutes into the match, Taabel FV's goal looked a bit too open when Bob Barsk came free, but Nicki Virel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nicki Virel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Carsten Feibert's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. When Sofus Almbjerg fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Taabel FV's protests and gave Sofus Almbjerg a yellow card for diving instead. In the 75th minute, Sofus Almbjerg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. At last the ball reached Rudy Saandvig at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of Taabel FV. 2-1. After a rather tough play, Jysted's Christian Akselholt got a free kick in the 85th minute. Lennart Ardensberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Kevin Wiik tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nichlas Hustoft could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Kevin Wiik made a huge save. Taabel FV's Nicki Virel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bob Barsk in the 95th minute of play. Jysted's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
