In the 3rd match minute, Aarhus Flo GF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pierre Sürig to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Aarhus Flo GF's zone, Igor Labo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luis Ewersen came out of the goal and Igor Labo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Luis Ewersen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Igor Labo in the 10th minute of the match. Fritz Elken made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Knud Plahn in the 13th minute of play. Pierre Sürig charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pierre Sürig the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Aarhus Flo GF's Pierre Sürig got a free kick in the 15th minute. Luis Ewersen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alex Flodman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Igor Labo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Luis Ewersen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 32 played minutes Bederslev got a freekick which was hit by Nickolas Kiellberg. Wagn Donkirk blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fritz Elken having to make a save. Pierre Sürig was shown his second yellow card after 37 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. A collision led to Aarhus Flo GF getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Pierre Sürig hit a great ball. After having played for 43 minutes, Knud Plahn managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Aarhus Flo GF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Knud Plahn was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Wagn Donkirk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Fritz Elken tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alex Flodman made a kick off. Fritz Elken made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wagn Donkirk in the 51st minute of play. 53 minutes into the game, Aarhus Flo GF's Wagn Donkirk nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fritz Elken made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Knud Plahn's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fritz Elken read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. Wagn Donkirk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Fritz Elken tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luis Ewersen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Igor Labo in the 64th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Knud Plahn managed to get in a good position for a shot. Aarhus Flo GF's supporters rose to their feet, but Knud Plahn was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fritz Elken breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Wagn Donkirk struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Fritz Elken didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Aarhus Flo GF. Alex Flodman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thorbjørn Fjeldhøj struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Fritz Elken didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Aarhus Flo GF. Wagn Donkirk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 91 minutes, Aake Pihlager managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Aarhus Flo GF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aake Pihlager was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 93 minutes into the match, Wagn Donkirk notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Bederslev's Fritz Elken. Fritz Elken was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. There was no doubt that Aarhus Flo GF were the better team. Aarhus Flo GF's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
