Spectators: 7419 (Terracing: 5565, Seating: 1706, VIP seats: 148) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Calle Froborg kicked off to start the match. After 5 minutes, Ove Sønderbo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Elkjaer United and the Molbjerg players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Elkjaer United getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Ove Sønderbo hit a great ball. Molbjerg's Rudolf Trabant couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 5th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Elkjaer United. 7 minutes into the game, Timo Jenniel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Elkjaer United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Molbjerg the free kick. In the 8th minute, Timo Jenniel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Elkjaer United's Nico Grunwald played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ejner Lemvard in the 9th minute of play. Bruno Jarp charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bruno Jarp the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 13 minutes, Rudolf Donved mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Molbjerg and the Elkjaer United players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Elkjaer United booed when Molbjerg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rudolf Donved didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 18thth minute of the game Anthon Leser who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Elkjaer United's Nico Grunwald was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Louie Kistorp got free with Anton Hejlsø in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 32 played minutes, Molbjerg's Rudolf Trabant shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Nico Grunwald came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Molbjerg reached it. When Anthon Leser came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Molbjerg fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anthon Leser couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Ejner Lemvard managed to get in a good position for a shot. Molbjerg's supporters rose to their feet, but Ejner Lemvard was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nico Grunwald breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Oliver Majbrink kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Elkjaer United's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Haakon Dircks in the 46th minute. The corner ended in Haakon Dircks almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Molbjerg's Anton Hejlsø did a great save. In the 47th minute, Louie Kistorp ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Anton Hejlsø was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Anthon Leser to strike the kick off in the second half. 72 minutes into the game, Molbjerg's Anthon Leser nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nico Grunwald made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. Nico Grunwald took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anthon Leser, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Elkjaer United's zone, Anthon Leser stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nico Grunwald came out of the goal and Anthon Leser tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 91 minutes into the match, Elkjaer United's goal looked a bit too open when Anthon Leser came free, but Nico Grunwald reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Bruno Jarp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Molbjerg's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
