Kongstrup AC's attentive Mario Hoeing managed to snatch the ball when Jasper Fultoft made a throw-in in the 4th minute of the game. Stefan Sandergaard's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alfred Vestbøge read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 5th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Stefan Sandergaard in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alfred Vestbøge prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ivar Tangsted took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alfred Vestbøge. Alfred Vestbøge dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Thorfinn Orte's late challenge caught a Kongstrup AC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Thorfinn Orte helped the player get up and apologised. Thorfinn Orte kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Stefan Sandergaard struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Alfred Vestbøge didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kongstrup AC. In the 24th minute Stefan Sandergaard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfred Vestbøge saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, LUNDEBORG FC's Lavritz Raunsholm got a free kick in the 27th minute. Stefan Sandergaard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 37 minutes, Ivar Tangsted managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kongstrup AC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ivar Tangsted was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mario Hoeing hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. In the 44th minute, Ivar Tangsted left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kongstrup AC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Stefan Sandergaard made a kick off. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 55th minute of the game. One of LUNDEBORG FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Kongstrup AC:s goal. In the 60th minute Stefan Sandergaard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfred Vestbøge saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kongstrup AC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Asger Hjarnis in the 62nd minute. Gunner Modan was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Alfred Vestbøge was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Stefan Sandergaard showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-6 in the 65 minute of play. LUNDEBORG FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 70th minute, when Stefan Sandergaard scored to the left of an out of position Alfred Vestbøge, making the score, 0-7. Alfred Vestbøge was a little too slow when Stefan Sandergaard got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 78th minute. The score was now 0-8. 87 minutes into the game, Mario Hoeing was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kongstrup AC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave LUNDEBORG FC the free kick. In the 87th match minute, Kongstrup AC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mario Hoeing to maneuver through the defense. Ivar Tangsted was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 91st minute. Kongstrup AC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 92nd minute, Carsten Heinola hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The LUNDEBORG FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Kongstrup AC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
