Kenneth Jølnæs charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kenneth Jølnæs the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 4th match minute, Ibsted was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kenneth Jølnæs to maneuver through the defense. Mikki Hvirvelkær received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Carl Ankersborg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 14 played minutes, Ibsted's Benjamin Elmann shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Nichlas Kleisøe came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ibsted reached it. Mikki Hvirvelkær succeeded in the game's 19th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. Nichlas Kleisøe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jeppe Hartig, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. In the 24th minute Mikki Hvirvelkær shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carl Ankersborg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oscar Flydorf in the 25th minute of play forced Ibsted's goalkeeper Carl Ankersborg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 27th minute Jeppe Hartig shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nichlas Kleisøe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 28th minute, Jeppe Hartig hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nichlas Kleisøe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kjeld Rytlow, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. In the 37thth minute of the game Mikki Hvirvelkær who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ibsted's Carl Ankersborg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Johan Gilver had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 42nd minute, Mikki Hvirvelkær got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mikki Hvirvelkær in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carl Ankersborg saved Ibsted from getting behind. An unexpected shot in the 47th minute by Mikki Hvirvelkær got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mikki Hvirvelkær to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Ibsted's Kenneth Jølnæs got a free kick in the 54th minute. When Mikki Filskov fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ASTRALIS FC's protests and gave Mikki Filskov a yellow card for diving instead. After 55 played minutes ASTRALIS FC got a freekick which was hit by Mikki Filskov. Kjeld Rytlow received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Nichlas Kleisøe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jeppe Hartig received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Nichlas Kleisøe came out and tried to block the shot, but Jeppe Hartig slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 66th minute. Kjeld Rytlow sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 73rd minute Jeppe Hartig shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nichlas Kleisøe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 76 minutes, Nichlas Kleisøe successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Mikki Hvirvelkær received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Carl Ankersborg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When ASTRALIS FC's Mikki Hvirvelkær in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Carl Ankersborg went to the wrong direction when Rikardt Nordenfjall was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
