Seating: 1848, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Jeppe Hartig made the kick off which started today's match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kjeld Rytlow got free with Lasse Wiingaard in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Carl Ankersborg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Markus Berglund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Ditlef Tillisch managed to get in a good position for a shot. 12 Monkeys's supporters rose to their feet, but Ditlef Tillisch was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carl Ankersborg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kenneth Jølnæs charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kenneth Jølnæs the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 10 played minutes Ibsted got a freekick which was hit by Kenneth Jølnæs. Carl Ankersborg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ditlef Tillisch, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Ibsted's zone, Markus Berglund stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carl Ankersborg came out of the goal and Markus Berglund tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kjeld Rytlow fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lasse Wiingaard having to interfere. Ibsted's Carl Ankersborg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Markus Berglund in the 21st minute of play. Lasse Wiingaard made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Kjeld Rytlow sent off a good shot on target. If Markus Berglund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jeppe Hartig sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 42nd minute Markus Berglund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carl Ankersborg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carl Ankersborg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Markus Berglund, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. If Ditlef Tillisch had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.
After having played for 51 minutes, Jeppe Hartig managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ibsted's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jeppe Hartig was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 56 played minutes 12 Monkeys got a freekick which was hit by Balder Buurskov. Heine Leetmaa kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Carl Ankersborg didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 70th minute, which inside left pole to 1-2. Carl Ankersborg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ditlef Tillisch in the 87th minute of play. Markus Berglund scored 1-3 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Carl Ankersborg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ditlef Tillisch sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Markus Berglund blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Carl Ankersborg having to make a save.
