In the 5th minute, Zé Schmidt made a precise shot to the right of Heinrich Koldsbæk. Vangede's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Heinrich Koldsbæk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Godtfred Meldahl, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Lenni Vulov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Vangede's zone, Zé Schmidt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Heinrich Koldsbæk came out of the goal and Zé Schmidt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 16 minutes into the match, TCumhuriyet's goal looked a bit too open when Thorlejf Enkelund came free, but Gregor Hyaa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Elivélton Vinhas hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. If Godtfred Meldahl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lenni Vulov kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karsten Flodman in the 22nd minute of play forced TCumhuriyet's goalkeeper Gregor Hyaa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Laurids Range kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. When Lenni Vulov came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the TCumhuriyet fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lenni Vulov couldn't finish the play. Gregor Hyaa made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Gustaf Rognes sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gustaf Rognes got free with Gregor Hyaa in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 35th minute, Vangede's Laurids Range ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Gregor Hyaa. Gregor Hyaa yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Thorlejf Enkelund had several of the TCumhuriyet's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 38 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-1 score and a disappointed Gregor Hyaa as he didn't even see the shot coming.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Thorlejf Enkelund was the one to do the kick off. Lenni Vulov in the 52ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Heinrich Koldsbæk, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. An unexpected shot in the 54th minute by Lenni Vulov got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Lenni Vulov who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 56thth minute tested the skills of Heinrich Koldsbæk when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Balder Hafding's late challenge caught a TCumhuriyet's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Balder Hafding helped the player get up and apologised. Balder Hafding kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Gustaf Rognes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gregor Hyaa was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. Elivélton Vinhas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Heinrich Koldsbæk having to interfere. Lenni Vulov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 77 minutes of play, TCumhuriyet's Lenni Vulov made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Heinrich Koldsbæk was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gustaf Rognes kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Gregor Hyaa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karsten Flodman in the 82nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in TCumhuriyet's zone, Thorlejf Enkelund stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gregor Hyaa came out of the goal and Thorlejf Enkelund tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Heinrich Koldsbæk made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Lenni Vulov sent off a good shot on target. In the 90th minute Laurids Range shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gregor Hyaa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. TCumhuriyet's Gregor Hyaa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustaf Rognes in the 91st minute of play. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the TCumhuriyet players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
