Spectators: 7024 (Terracing: 6024, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Maarup IF's Mortimer Bilt started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Zé Schmidt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 5 minutes into the match, Maarup IF's goalkeeper Karlo Schleicher had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Elivélton Vinhas. After 7 played minutes Maarup IF got a freekick which was hit by Mark Skovenborg. The audience thought a goal was coming when Elivélton Vinhas got free with Karlo Schleicher in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 12 minutes, Arne Alhede mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Maarup IF and the TCumhuriyet players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 12th match minute, Maarup IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arne Alhede to maneuver through the defense. Lenni Vulov succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 16th playminute. Karlo Schleicher showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elivélton Vinhas in the 19th minute of the match. Maarup IF's Karlo Schleicher played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zé Schmidt in the 20th minute of play. Elivélton Vinhas took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Karlo Schleicher. Karlo Schleicher dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. After 25 played minutes TCumhuriyet got a freekick which was hit by Zé Schmidt. If Arne Alhede had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 28th match minute, TCumhuriyet was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Torsten Herslykke to maneuver through the defense. Karlo Schleicher came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by TCumhuriyet's Svenåge Roum. But to his dismay, Svenåge Roum quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Karlo Schleicher made an important save on a dangerous shot by Elivélton Vinhas in the 37th minute. Zé Schmidt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karlo Schleicher having to interfere. Karlo Schleicher made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Svenåge Roum in the 39th minute of play. In the 40th match minute, Maarup IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arne Alhede to maneuver through the defense. Lenni Vulov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Karlo Schleicher tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Lenni Vulov managed to get in a good position for a shot. TCumhuriyet's supporters rose to their feet, but Lenni Vulov was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Karlo Schleicher breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lenni Vulov made a kick off. In the 51st minute, Thejs Allerød hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 57th minute there was a penalty for Maarup IF. Freddie Burmester stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Gregor Hyaa. 4-1. If Elivélton Vinhas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Augustin Malcon managed to get in a good position for a shot. TCumhuriyet's supporters rose to their feet, but Augustin Malcon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Karlo Schleicher breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 65th minute, Elivélton Vinhas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The TCumhuriyet fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-1. 68 minutes into the match, Roland Midalberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gregor Hyaa. TCumhuriyet's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Roland Midalberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-2. After having played for 72 minutes, Roland Midalberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Maarup IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roland Midalberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gregor Hyaa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mortimer Bilt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Karlo Schleicher made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lenni Vulov in the 76th minute of play. When the match clock showed 85 minutes, the score became 6-2 when Zé Schmidt sped through Maarup IF's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Karlo Schleicher. In the 96th minute Lenni Vulov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karlo Schleicher saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
