Spectators: 8586 (Terracing: 6440, Seating: 1975, VIP seats: 171) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Thorlejf Arneskov got the match started through his kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Sundby Mors IF's zone, Eberhardt Ørsbo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Beglan Gollogley came out of the goal and Eberhardt Ørsbo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 4th minute, Thorlejf Arneskov ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Beglan Gollogley was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Thorlejf Arneskov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Thorlejf Arneskov kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Beglan Gollogley. That made the score 2-0 in the 10 minute of play. Beglan Gollogley stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Thorlejf Arneskov's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. In the 17th minute of the match, Eberhardt Ørsbo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Beglan Gollogley was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 23rd minute, Toke Howalt left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The YNWA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. 26 minutes into the game, Isidro Turi threw the ball into play from the sideline. YNWA's Laurids Vols quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After a rather tough play, YNWA's Tomasz Golota got a free kick in the 30th minute. Thorlejf Arneskov might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Beglan Gollogley. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Thorlejf Arneskov ran back to his position shaking his head. When Tomasz Golota came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the YNWA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomasz Golota couldn't finish the play. 42 minutes into the match, Sundby Mors IF's goal looked a bit too open when Thorlejf Arneskov came free, but Beglan Gollogley reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 44th minute, Sergei Kirsby hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 47 minutes into the match, YNWA's Thorlejf Arneskov sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Beglan Gollogley narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 48 minutes had been played when some careless play by Sundby Mors IF's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Bertel Bjerrestrand was slow to take the kick. During this time YNWA's players had a chance to rest. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mattias Sejbjerg to make the kick off. Sundby Mors IF's Beglan Gollogley played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thorlejf Arneskov in the 54th minute of play. Thorlejf Arneskov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Beglan Gollogley tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 70th minute, Thorlejf Arneskov left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The YNWA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Beglan Gollogley took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eberhardt Ørsbo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thorlejf Arneskov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Thorlejf Arneskov in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Beglan Gollogley prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Thorlejf Arneskov managed to get in a good position for a shot. YNWA's supporters rose to their feet, but Thorlejf Arneskov was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Beglan Gollogley breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Beglan Gollogley showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eberhardt Ørsbo, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Beglan Gollogley showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thorlejf Arneskov in the 83rd minute of the match. 85 minutes into the game, YNWA's Thorlejf Arneskov nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Beglan Gollogley made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. After some careless play in the Sundby Mors IF defense, Thorlejf Arneskov kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Beglan Gollogley. The Sundby Mors IF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Beglan Gollogley should have stopped the shot. After 93 played minutes Sundby Mors IF got a freekick which was hit by Sergei Kirsby. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. YNWA had played much better football throughout.
