The referee ignored Team Boukalele's protests and gave Runar Sloma a yellow card for diving instead. Phillip Jewell stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Svenåge Vesselfeldt's shot from short distance in the 5th minute. If Tom Hvannastein had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 8th minute, Tom Hvannastein ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Phillip Jewell was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. BIF - Skovlunde's Phillip Jewell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tom Hvannastein in the 11th minute of play. 12 minutes into the game, Per Greenvik cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Phillip Jewell was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Team Boukalele's zone, Jess Ellehauge stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kjeld Rylov came out of the goal and Jess Ellehauge tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match had gone on for 19 minutes, Frederik Harfelt took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Kjeld Rylov to make any attempt to save it. In the 21st minute, Håkon Just hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 28 minutes into the game, Team Boukalele's Per Greenvik nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Phillip Jewell made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. Tom Hvannastein's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Phillip Jewell read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. If Timo Rosqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, BIF - Skovlunde's Rasmus Enghavegård got a free kick in the 37th minute. In the 38th minute Svenåge Vesselfeldt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Phillip Jewell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 40th minute, Tom Hvannastein got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 41st minute, Per Greenvik left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Team Boukalele fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-4. 45 minutes into the game, Tom Hvannastein cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-5. Phillip Jewell was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The BIF - Skovlunde players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Team Boukalele were winning 2-5.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tom Hvannastein stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, BIF - Skovlunde's Phillip Jewell got control of the ball when Tom Hvannastein tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 59th minute, Svenåge Vesselfeldt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dick Folsby charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dick Folsby the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 79th minute, Jess Ellehauge got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Per Greenvik was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 81st minute. Team Boukalele's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Per Greenvik managed to get in a good position for a shot. Team Boukalele's supporters rose to their feet, but Per Greenvik was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Phillip Jewell breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tom Hvannastein could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Phillip Jewell made a huge save. With a little luck, BIF - Skovlunde's Phillip Jewell got control of the ball when Tom Hvannastein tried to sneak it across the goal line. Per Greenvik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Phillip Jewell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 92nd match minute, BIF - Skovlunde was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jess Ellehauge to maneuver through the defense. Per Greenvik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Phillip Jewell having to interfere. Per Greenvik struck a weak shot in the 97th minute. Phillip Jewell didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Team Boukalele. Team Boukalele's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
