The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Dick Kongsved kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Pheonix FC's zone, Ferdinand Karlsbjerg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Moritz Holmaa came out of the goal and Ferdinand Karlsbjerg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Moritz Sørvin during the 8th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 8 played minutes Pheonix FC got a freekick which was hit by Moritz Sørvin. Moritz Holmaa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aleks Brua in the 10th minute of the match. When Aleks Brua came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Hem FV fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aleks Brua couldn't finish the play. Lennart Galatius sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aleks Brua got free with Moritz Holmaa in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Pheonix FC's Moritz Holmaa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Pheonix FC from getting a goal against them. In the 24th match minute, Hem FV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Conrad Mattern to maneuver through the defense. Moritz Holmaa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eberhardt Askedal in the 27th minute of the match. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pheonix FC's goalkeeper Moritz Holmaa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Lennart Galatius took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Moritz Holmaa. Moritz Holmaa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Moritz Sørvin kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Hem FV's Conrad Mattern quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Nils Taffenberg, made in the 35th minute of the game. Moritz Holmaa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aleks Brua, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. After 38 minutes, Roger Fallis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pheonix FC and the Hem FV players grew even worse after the yellow card. Roger Fallis kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. 39 minutes into the match, Pheonix FC's goal looked a bit too open when Aleks Brua came free, but Moritz Holmaa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 42nd minute, Aleks Brua got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Andreas Giltoft made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Balder Egtman in the 46th minute of play. Lennart Galatius could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Moritz Holmaa made a huge save.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Aleks Brua in the 59th minute of play forced Pheonix FC's goalkeeper Moritz Holmaa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Lennart Galatius managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hem FV's supporters rose to their feet, but Lennart Galatius was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Moritz Holmaa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Hem FV booed when Pheonix FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Moritz Sørvin didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Hem FV's Aleks Brua in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pheonix FC's goalie prevented a goal. The Hem FV fans' excitement grew in the 75th match minute when Hem FV's Aleks Brua looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Hem FV made a substitution. Henrik Bloksø replaced Dick Kongsved. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lennart Galatius in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Moritz Holmaa saved Pheonix FC from getting behind. Lennart Galatius fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Moritz Holmaa having to interfere. Valentin Fiksak might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Moritz Holmaa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Valentin Fiksak ran back to his position shaking his head. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Hem FV had played much better football throughout.
