When Roar Bækkelund fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Skellerøsd FC's protests and gave Roar Bækkelund a yellow card for diving instead. Roar Bækkelund kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Jimmy Tauser received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Rainer Valkenstjerne came out and tried to block the shot, but Jimmy Tauser slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 7th minute. When Jakob Helmersen came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Skovsgaarde fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jakob Helmersen couldn't finish the play. Skellerøsd FC's Rainer Valkenstjerne played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jimmy Tauser in the 13th minute of play. Kalle Tvingstrup's late challenge caught a Skovsgaarde's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kalle Tvingstrup helped the player get up and apologised. In the 16th match minute, Skellerøsd FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kalle Tvingstrup to maneuver through the defense. In the 17th minute Jimmy Tauser shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rainer Valkenstjerne saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tycho Gervin didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Skellerøsd FC's Tommy Fausberg shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-1 in the ordered_time% minute. A collision led to Skellerøsd FC getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Tycho Gervin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tommy Fausberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Jimmy Tauser received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Rainer Valkenstjerne tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tycho Gervin came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Skellerøsd FC's Tommy Fausberg. But to his dismay, Tommy Fausberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. If Tommy Fausberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jimmy Tauser stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Through an outstanding action, after 54 minutes, Tycho Gervin successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Tycho Gervin made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Tommy Fausberg sent off a good shot on target. Skellerøsd FC's Rainer Valkenstjerne played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jakob Helmersen in the 61st minute of play. A long shot from Nickolai Parkfelt in the 63rd minute of play was well struck, but Tycho Gervin made a really good save at the right post. After a rather tough play, Skellerøsd FC's Tommy Fausberg got a free kick in the 66th minute. 67 minutes into the game, Kaspar Nurby was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Skovsgaarde's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Skellerøsd FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Skovsgaarde's Kaspar Nurby got a free kick in the 67th minute. In the 69th minute, Skellerøsd FC's Tommy Fausberg dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-4. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Detlef Galgehøj during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 72nd match minute, Skellerøsd FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Detlef Galgehøj to maneuver through the defense. Waldemar Freiler took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 73rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Rainer Valkenstjerne. Skellerøsd FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When Detlef Galgehøj came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Skellerøsd FC fans jumped to their feet. Tommy Fausberg who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 82ndth minute tested the skills of Tycho Gervin when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When Tomas Neborka came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Skellerøsd FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomas Neborka couldn't finish the play. Tycho Gervin came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Skellerøsd FC's Kalle Tvingstrup. But to his dismay, Kalle Tvingstrup quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. In the 90th minute, Ricky Astudillo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dario Elberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Tycho Gervin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Skellerøsd FC booed when Skovsgaarde was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jakob Helmersen didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kalle Tvingstrup in the 96th minute of play forced Skovsgaarde's goalkeeper Tycho Gervin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
