Benni Bixby was slow to take the kick. During this time BrainFreeZe's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on BrainFreeZe's corner Benni Bixby fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Owe Klahn quite easily take care of the ball. One step beyond's Jack Hrolv got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to BrainFreeZe getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Herman Thurm hit a great ball. In the 19th minute Jack Hrolv shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nick Boesing saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the BrainFreeZe defense, Jack Hrolv kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nick Boesing. The BrainFreeZe fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nick Boesing should have stopped the shot. Jack Hrolv recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Godtfred Elsrud kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. One step beyond's Jack Hrolv got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nick Boesing showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rupert Cassel in the 33rd minute of the match. Nick Boesing showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jack Hrolv, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. The supporters of One step beyond booed when BrainFreeZe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Godtfred Elsrud didn't get a good kick on the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jack Hrolv to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of One step beyond booed when BrainFreeZe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benni Bixby didn't get a good kick on the ball. When One step beyond's Jack Hrolv, in the 52nd minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for One step beyond. Nick Boesing made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Waldemar Ellef in the 56th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in BrainFreeZe's zone, Rupert Cassel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nick Boesing came out of the goal and Rupert Cassel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 龚瑜彬 charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed 龚瑜彬 the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a defensive mix-up in BrainFreeZe's zone, Jack Hrolv stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nick Boesing came out of the goal and Jack Hrolv tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of BrainFreeZe booed when One step beyond was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Waldemar Ellef didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 71st minute, Sonny Skouvig made a precise shot to the right of Owe Klahn. One step beyond's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. One step beyond's Owe Klahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ksawery Milan in the 78th minute of play. In the 78thth minute of the game Ksawery Milan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but One step beyond's Owe Klahn was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ksawery Milan in the 83rd minute of play forced One step beyond's goalkeeper Owe Klahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ksawery Milan took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Owe Klahn. Owe Klahn dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rupert Cassel in the 87th minute of play forced BrainFreeZe's goalkeeper Nick Boesing to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Owe Klahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sonny Skouvig in the 92nd minute of play. Waldemar Ellef hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. There was no doubt that BrainFreeZe were the better team. BrainFreeZe's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
