Skovsgaarde's Tycho Gervin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emmanuel Nebbe in the 12th minute of play. After 45 minutes of play, TeamGurre's Ejnar Cristoffanini made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tycho Gervin was left in no man's land by his defense there! Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

In the 78th match minute, Skovsgaarde was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kaspar Nurby to maneuver through the defense. Nikolai Jerlach struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Tycho Gervin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for TeamGurre. With a little luck, Skovsgaarde's Tycho Gervin got control of the ball when Freddi Jellingsø tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Freddi Jellingsø came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the TeamGurre fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Freddi Jellingsø couldn't finish the play. When the final whistle sounded TeamGurre left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Skovsgaarde.
