Detlef Guldhjem didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eske Lindkilde went, in the 4th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Vagn Mandøe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elivélton Soares having to interfere. If Svenn Myken had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 20 minutes into the match, Sigfried Oxvold notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Hero's Detlef Guldhjem. Detlef Guldhjem was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Eske Lindkilde fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Detlef Guldhjem having to interfere. Stenderup FV's Sigfried Oxvold managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Rupert Dysum in the 30 minute of the game. Detlef Guldhjem stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Svenn Myken's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. Elivélton Soares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Asbjørn Benved in the 34th minute of the match. Nevjon Sheta hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. When Asbjørn Benved came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Hero fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Asbjørn Benved couldn't finish the play. In the 40th minute, one of Stenderup FV:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Stenderup FV. In the 43rd minute, Harry Gisløv ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Elivélton Soares was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Asbjørn Benved's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Elivélton Soares read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Asbjørn Benved made a kick off. Nevjon Sheta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Detlef Guldhjem having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rupert Dysum in the 55th minute of play forced Stenderup FV's goalkeeper Elivélton Soares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kris Sønningsen charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kris Sønningsen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 60th minute, one of Hero:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Hero. In the 63rd minute of the match Stenderup FV got a corner. Hero's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Arnfred Lybech ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Stenderup FV's corner Arnfred Lybech fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Detlef Guldhjem quite easily take care of the ball. In the 64th minute, Hektor Techen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hero's Detlef Guldhjem proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save Hero from getting a goal against them. Nevjon Sheta could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Detlef Guldhjem made a huge save. Detlef Guldhjem showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Franck Korndal, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Detlef Guldhjem made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Arnfred Lybech sent off a good shot on target. Nevjon Sheta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Hero's zone, Franck Korndal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Detlef Guldhjem came out of the goal and Franck Korndal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Hero's Detlef Guldhjem got control of the ball when Nevjon Sheta tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Hero's Asbjørn Benved in the 93rd minute got a chance for a shot 93rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Stenderup FV's goalie prevented a goal. Elivélton Soares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Asbjørn Benved in the 95th minute of play. A collision led to Stenderup FV getting a freekick after 98 minutes play. Nevjon Sheta hit a great ball. Stenderup FV's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
