Spectators: 9229 (Terracing: 6923, Seating: 2123, VIP seats: 183) Earl Kjær started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 3rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Egernføde Boldklub's goalkeeper Vilfred Degener, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 7 minutes, Earl Kjær made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Egernføde Boldklub's Vilfred Degener tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Vilfred Degener showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bo Baand in the 10th minute of the match. 11 minutes into the match, AC Østerlars's goal looked a bit too open when Birger Strømvad came free, but Didrik Faldal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Birger Strømvad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 17th minute Egernføde Boldklub were awarded a corner. Bjørn Martensen went to the cornerflag to take it. Jonatan Lilienvald took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vilfred Degener. Vilfred Degener dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Earl Kjær in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vilfred Degener saved Egernføde Boldklub from getting behind. If Jonatan Lilienvald had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Birger Strømvad recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match clock showed 40 minutes, the score became 1-4 when Birger Strømvad sped through AC Østerlars's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Didrik Faldal. If Birger Strømvad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Didrik Faldal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Birger Strømvad in the 45th minute of play. In the 47th minute Jonatan Lilienvald shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vilfred Degener saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Earl Kjær in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vilfred Degener saved Egernføde Boldklub from getting behind.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Birger Strømvad stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. AC Østerlars's Didrik Faldal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Birger Strømvad in the 51st minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Jonatan Lilienvald could shoot a difficult shot in the 52nd minute, which Vilfred Degener however easily saved by the left post. When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Jonatan Lilienvald put it in 1-5 from a short distance just to the right of Vilfred Degener. Vilfred Degener was a little too slow when Jonatan Lilienvald got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 57th minute. The score was now 1-6. Egernføde Boldklub made a substitution. Steen Bjørnsted replaced Walentin Julskov. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind AC Østerlars's goalkeeper Didrik Faldal, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonatan Lilienvald in the 64th minute of play forced Egernføde Boldklub's goalkeeper Vilfred Degener to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Egernføde Boldklub's Vilfred Degener proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save Egernføde Boldklub from getting a goal against them. In the 74th minute Earl Kjær shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vilfred Degener saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 79 minutes into the match, Egernføde Boldklub's goalkeeper Vilfred Degener had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bo Baand. Vilfred Degener took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Earl Kjær, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
