The referee ignored Warriors of Skandia's protests and gave Gerhard Riffensdal a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Darkwing Ducks booed when Warriors of Skandia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gerhard Riffensdal didn't get a good kick on the ball. 26 minutes into the match, Warriors of Skandia's goal looked a bit too open when Roberto-Carlos da Silva came free, but Teodosio Benvide reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Emil Turek to make the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hassan Wiemert in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Teodosio Benvide saved Warriors of Skandia from getting behind. Warriors of Skandia's Teodosio Benvide played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hassan Wiemert in the 56th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hassan Wiemert got free with Teodosio Benvide in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Roberto-Carlos da Silva who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 59thth minute tested the skills of Teodosio Benvide when he managed to save the team from getting behind. A collision led to Darkwing Ducks getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Enzo Peres hit a great ball. Hassan Wiemert recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 74 played minutes Warriors of Skandia got a freekick which was hit by Bernhardt Eurofoss. Teodosio Benvide made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emil Turek in the 75th minute of play. In the 80th minute Darkwing Ducks were awarded a corner. Hassan Wiemert went to the cornerflag to take it. A well done corner resulted in Emil Turek drilling the ball in to score 0-2 behind Warriors of Skandia's goalkeeper. Teodosio Benvide made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hassan Wiemert in the 82nd minute of play. Darkwing Ducks's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Hassan Wiemert in the 83rd minute. In the 86th minute Tugay Raşit shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teodosio Benvide saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hassan Wiemert in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Teodosio Benvide prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 88 minutes into the match, Warriors of Skandia's goal looked a bit too open when Roberto-Carlos da Silva came free, but Teodosio Benvide reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Teodosio Benvide showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roberto-Carlos da Silva, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Teodosio Benvide came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Darkwing Ducks's Roberto-Carlos da Silva. But to his dismay, Roberto-Carlos da Silva quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Teodosio Benvide showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hassan Wiemert in the 96th minute of the match. Darkwing Ducks played a much better game than Warriors of Skandia and deserved their victory. The Warriors of Skandia players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
