Joacim First made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pompílio Pegacho in the 11th minute of play. In the 12th minute Pompílio Pegacho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joacim First saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kristen Krasmer stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Frode Bygebjerg's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. Galtebjerg AC's Joacim First played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stephan Isager in the 18th minute of play. 25 minutes had been played when some careless play by Galtebjerg AC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Naci Sezen was slow to take the kick. During this time Hvam FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Naci Sezen almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Galtebjerg AC's Joacim First did a great save. Kristen Krasmer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tristan Thaier in the 26th minute of play. Frode Bygebjerg might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kristen Krasmer. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Frode Bygebjerg ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience was convinced that Tristan Thaier's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kristen Krasmer was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. 28 minutes into the game, Kaj Klitgaard was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Joacim First showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bruno Guimarães, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Oliver Hansted got free with Joacim First in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tristan Thaier to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, André Jølner hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Stephan Isager struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Joacim First didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hvam FC. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bruno Guimarães in the 58th minute of play forced Galtebjerg AC's goalkeeper Joacim First to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kristen Krasmer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tristan Thaier in the 59th minute of play.
