Johannes Fischbach showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roland Schurr, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kornelius Göller in the 23rd minute of play forced Klein Haddorf's goalkeeper Veit Kumbruch to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Klein Haddorf's Veit Kumbruch proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Klein Haddorf from getting a goal against them. Klein Haddorf's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Kornelius Göller 36 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Klein Haddorf's defense didn't have a chance, in the 42nd minute, when Kornelius Göller scored to the left of an out of position Veit Kumbruch, making the score, 2-0. Kornelius Göller fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Veit Kumbruch having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Kornelius Göller made the kick off in the second half. Klein Haddorf's Roland Schurr got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match clock showed 58 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Kornelius Göller sped through Klein Haddorf's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Veit Kumbruch. A collision led to Chemnitzer FC getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Douglas Scherzer hit a great ball. A hard shot 65 in the game by Roland Schurr from a close distance when the talented Johannes Fischbach managed to make a qualified save. Chemnitzer FC's players were relieved. Kornelius Göller fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Veit Kumbruch having to interfere. Klein Haddorf's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kornelius Göller was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. In the 84th match minute, Chemnitzer FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aloys Schilke to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Chemnitzer FC's zone, Lukas Lammert stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Johannes Fischbach came out of the goal and Lukas Lammert tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Chemnitzer FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 87th minute, when Roland Schurr scored to the left of an out of position Johannes Fischbach, making the score, 4-1. Kornelius Göller might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Veit Kumbruch. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kornelius Göller ran back to his position shaking his head. After 90 minutes of play, Chemnitzer FC's Siegfried Seiss made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Veit Kumbruch was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 96th minute Kornelius Göller shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Veit Kumbruch saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
