Spectators: 7465 (Terracing: 5600, Seating: 1716, VIP seats: 149) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Oliver Grevenbrock started the match with the kick off. Lysander Buchwalder blasted a shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Andi Stiedl having to make a save. After 4 played minutes Eglsee got a freekick which was hit by Christian Holzapfel. If Lysander Buchwalder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Christian Holzapfel kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Andi Stiedl. That made the score 1-0 in the 9 minute of play. The supporters of Teutendorf booed when Eglsee was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bastiaan Hechler didn't get a good kick on the ball. Christian Holzapfel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Andi Stiedl read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. After 21 played minutes Teutendorf got a freekick which was hit by Wilhelm Behrendt. Andi Stiedl took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christian Holzapfel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Addo Kramp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcel Grein having to interfere. With an all-out effort, Eglsee's Andi Stiedl threw himself towards the right post 33 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Michael von Bonin, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 37 minutes of play, Teutendorf's Wilhelm Behrendt made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcel Grein was left in no man's land by his defense there! The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Christian Holzapfel was the one to do the kick off. In the 56th minute, Wilhelm Behrendt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 59th minute, Christian Holzapfel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Andi Stiedl was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. If Oliver Grevenbrock had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 70th match minute, Teutendorf was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wilhelm Behrendt to maneuver through the defense. In the 71st minute of the match Bastiaan Hechler shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Andi Stiedl showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Eglsee's Marcel Grein played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oliver Grevenbrock in the 75th minute of play. Lysander Buchwalder kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Addo Kramp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Marcel Grein tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 81 played minutes Teutendorf got a freekick which was hit by Helmut Plump. 84 minutes had been played when some careless play by Teutendorf's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Bastiaan Hechler was slow to take the kick. During this time Eglsee's players had a chance to rest. The audience was convinced that Christian Holzapfel's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Andi Stiedl was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. A collision led to Teutendorf getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Fritz-Wilhelm Ehnert hit a great ball. Lysander Buchwalder recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eglsee's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
