When the match clock showed 3 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Christian Damm sped through Laven's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Dietrich Benneter. A collision led to Deathcore Alliance getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Gerard Wild hit a great ball. Deathcore Alliance's Karl Eggeling played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rasmus Tamm in the 7th minute of play. After 7 played minutes Deathcore Alliance got a freekick which was hit by Gerard Wild. In the 9th match minute, Deathcore Alliance was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pim Campen to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Laven's Dietrich Benneter got control of the ball when Christian Damm tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rasmus Tamm sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Deathcore Alliance's Achim Hoffmann got a free kick in the 16th minute. When Achim Hoffmann came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Deathcore Alliance fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Achim Hoffmann couldn't finish the play. Christian Damm sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rasmus Tamm in the 37th minute of play forced Deathcore Alliance's goalkeeper Karl Eggeling to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rasmus Tamm recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 41st minute, Achim Hoffmann hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Karl Eggeling took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rasmus Tamm, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Laven's Dietrich Benneter proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Laven from getting a goal against them. In the 46th minute, Christian Damm ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dietrich Benneter was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Christian Damm made a kick off. Pim Campen charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pim Campen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Laven booed when Deathcore Alliance was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pim Campen didn't get a good kick on the ball. 56 minutes into the game, Laven's Kasimir Holst nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Karl Eggeling made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. An unexpected shot in the 59th minute by Kasimir Holst got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Kasimir Holst recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Axel Christoph's late challenge caught a Deathcore Alliance's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Axel Christoph helped the player get up and apologised. Axel Christoph kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Christian Damm's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dietrich Benneter was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. When Kasimir Holst fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Laven's protests and gave Kasimir Holst a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Laven getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Kasimir Holst hit a great ball. In the 78th match minute, Laven was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Max Lade to maneuver through the defense. If Rasmus Tamm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 97th minute, Rasmus Tamm got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Deathcore Alliance's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
