The referee ignored Seghorn FSV's protests and gave Sepp Klobke a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Seghorn FSV getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Sepp Klobke hit a great ball. After 18 minutes, Boris Theiss made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. MÜNCHEN LIONS's Sven Vielmann tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Sven Vielmann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Boris Theiss in the 23rd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Walther Schönberg in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sven Vielmann saved MÜNCHEN LIONS from getting behind. In the 33rd minute, Boris Theiss ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sven Vielmann was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. When Seghorn FSV's Boris Theiss in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. With an all-out effort, Seghorn FSV's Sven Vielmann threw himself towards the right post 56 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Walther Schönberg, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When Boris Theiss came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Seghorn FSV fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Boris Theiss couldn't finish the play. Sven Vielmann made an important save on a dangerous shot by Boris Theiss in the 68th minute. Patrick Althaus made in the 89th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Seghorn FSV's Matt Termath. 91 minutes into the match, Boris Theiss notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of MÜNCHEN LIONS's Sven Vielmann. Sven Vielmann was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
