The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kai Boris Beimler in the 4th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fritz Ernst Petig prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Simon Prautzsch hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. When the match clock showed 11 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Ali Murat Detjen sped through Neubau FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Fritz Ernst Petig. After some careless play in the Neubau FC defense, Kai Boris Beimler kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fritz Ernst Petig. The Neubau FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fritz Ernst Petig should have stopped the shot. 17 minutes into the match, Neubau FC's goal looked a bit too open when Kai Boris Beimler came free, but Fritz Ernst Petig reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 18 minutes into the match, Angl FC's Ali Murat Detjen sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fritz Ernst Petig narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kai Boris Beimler in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fritz Ernst Petig saved Neubau FC from getting behind. Kai Boris Beimler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ali Murat Detjen made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 32ndth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Fritz Ernst Petig would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. In the 35th match minute, Angl FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bosko Kobel to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Theodor Thiery in the 37th minute of play forced Angl FC's goalkeeper Jonas Demuth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ali Murat Detjen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Ali Murat Detjen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ali Murat Detjen in the 47thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Fritz Ernst Petig, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fynn Fritze stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Theodor Thiery recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kai Boris Beimler in the 56th minute of play forced Neubau FC's goalkeeper Fritz Ernst Petig to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ali Murat Detjen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Angl FC's attack was well implemented in the 60th minute, but when Kai Boris Beimler was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. Julius Thole's late challenge caught a Angl FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Julius Thole helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Neubau FC getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Julius Thole hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ali Murat Detjen in the 65th minute of play forced Neubau FC's goalkeeper Fritz Ernst Petig to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jonas Demuth stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fynn Fritze's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. If Kai Boris Beimler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hieronymus Schmitt-Illert didn't get a good kick on the ball. 80 minutes into the game, one of Neubau FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 82nd minute there was a penalty for Angl FC. Berthold Volz stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Fritz Ernst Petig. 5-0. In the 94th minute Kai Boris Beimler shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fritz Ernst Petig saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Angl FC's Kai Boris Beimler got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
