Karsten Köllner made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lars Brüning in the 63rd minute. Bastiaan Trube received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Karsten Köllner came out and tried to block the shot, but Bastiaan Trube slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 66th minute. Karsten Köllner made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Lars Brüning sent off a good shot on target. 96 minutes into the match, Reaper crew's goalkeeper Karsten Köllner had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lars Brüning. In the 98th minute, Sergej Maluga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. FC Kusel's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
