Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Henning Schallmo to make the kick off. In the 54th minute, Luigi Weidenhammer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Max Uhde took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 55th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Odo Haupt. FC Seßlach's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Norman Grob received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Klaus Klötzer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henning Schallmo in the 65th minute of play forced FC Seßlach's goalkeeper Odo Haupt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to FC Seßlach getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Johan Kallenbrunnen hit a great ball.
