Nettesheim's Richart Rübin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcel Hildebrand in the 13th minute of play. Oberpierscheid FSV's Asmus Rady played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Steffen Minschke in the 18th minute of play. The Oberpierscheid FSV fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Nettesheim were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
