Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) In the 3rd minute Bert Gerhold shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Friedemann Koller saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Friedemann Koller stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bert Gerhold's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tobias Krinke got free with Friedemann Koller in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 10th minute, Kord Hinschberger left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SG WEST fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Friedemann Koller took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bert Gerhold, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 16th minute, Buprich's Bert Gerhold ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Friedemann Koller. Friedemann Koller yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Gisbert Sondermann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kord Hinschberger in the 20th minute of the match. Caspar Roder fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gisbert Sondermann having to interfere. If Bert Gerhold had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Dietbald Gaul fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SG WEST's protests and gave Dietbald Gaul a yellow card for diving instead. Dietbald Gaul kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Buprich's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Mauritz de Raaf in the 30th minute. A nice corner shot did that Mauritz de Raaf got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Friedemann Koller quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 31stth minute of the game Bert Gerhold who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SG WEST's Friedemann Koller was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 32 played minutes SG WEST got a freekick which was hit by Alexander Lahme. If Bert Gerhold had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 36th match minute, Buprich was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Willy Kamieth to maneuver through the defense. Bert Gerhold sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Bert Gerhold had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bert Gerhold stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 68th minute the ball was on its way in behind SG WEST's goalkeeper Friedemann Koller, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 71 minutes into the game, Anthony Jenkner was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Buprich's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SG WEST the free kick. After having played for 75 minutes, Tobias Krinke managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Buprich's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tobias Krinke was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Buprich's Tobias Krinke in the 77th minute got a chance for a shot 77th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SG WEST's goalie prevented a goal. If Anthony Jenkner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bert Gerhold received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Friedemann Koller tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tobias Krinke sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Friedemann Koller showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tobias Krinke, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. SG WEST's Friedemann Koller played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bert Gerhold in the 98th minute of play. Buprich were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing SG WEST to leave the ground with a draw.
