With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ekkehard Mintzel in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Johannes Schimmelpfennig saved Dinay Sports 06 from getting behind. A collision led to Dinay Sports 06 getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Rolf Sonnemans hit a great ball. 27 minutes into the game, Heinrich Ritzmann was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dinay Sports 06's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lederbach the free kick. Dinay Sports 06's Johannes Schimmelpfennig played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martin Koenecke in the 45th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Heinrich Ritzmann to make the kick off. Sebald Majewski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mario Merczak, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Sebald Majewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mario Merczak in the 62nd minute of play. Johannes Schimmelpfennig stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ekkehard Mintzel's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. Sebald Majewski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Heinrich Ritzmann in the 92nd minute of the match. In the 94th minute, Ekkehard Mintzel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 96th minute Heinrich Ritzmann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebald Majewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dinay Sports 06's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
