Spectators: 7463 (Terracing: 5635, Seating: 1728, VIP seats: 100) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Batho Dramsch started the match with the kick off. Batho Dramsch fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sebald Majewski having to interfere. In the 7th match minute, Lederbach was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexander Dahlinger to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice moves Clemens Ziegler could shoot a difficult shot in the 10th minute, which Sebald Majewski however easily saved by the left post. 13 minutes into the game, Lederbach's Ekkehard Mintzel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ronald Diel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Lederbach's Sebald Majewski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Lederbach from getting a goal against them. In the 20th minute, Clemens Ziegler ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sebald Majewski was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Clemens Ziegler who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 29thth minute tested the skills of Sebald Majewski when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Sebald Majewski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hugo Priewe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 32nd minute, David Urban hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 33 minutes into the match, Lederbach's goal looked a bit too open when Batho Dramsch came free, but Sebald Majewski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alexander Dahlinger kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Clemens Ziegler received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Sebald Majewski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Martin Koenecke stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Alexander Dahlinger's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ronald Diel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. 54 minutes into the match, Lederbach's Martin Koenecke sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ronald Diel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Alexander Dahlinger recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Clemens Ziegler took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sebald Majewski. Sebald Majewski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Sebald Majewski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Batho Dramsch, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Lederbach getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Konrad Schwang hit a great ball. Martin Koenecke kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Clemens Ziegler recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Opops Team getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Batho Dramsch hit a great ball. Batho Dramsch sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
