Kim Rasche sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Donald Treiber fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sigmar Voland having to interfere. Jens Das sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 11th play minutes Lukasz Hopp shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Sigmar Voland and just under the crossbar into goal. The supporters of TV PFLUGFELDEN booed when Obersgegen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erling Röbe didn't get a good kick on the ball. Obersgegen's Jens Das got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The long shot by Sigurd Jurgeleit in the 25th minute really tested Leonid Sanders's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. When the match had gone on for 26 minutes, Jens Das put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Sigmar Voland. An unexpectedly hard shot by Donald Treiber in the 36th minute of play forced TV PFLUGFELDEN's goalkeeper Sigmar Voland to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The TV PFLUGFELDEN players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Obersgegen were winning 1-2.

In the 52nd minute Kim Rasche shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonid Sanders saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jens Das recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 61 played minutes TV PFLUGFELDEN got a freekick which was hit by Martin Schallenberg. An unexpectedly hard shot by Donald Treiber in the 62nd minute of play forced TV PFLUGFELDEN's goalkeeper Sigmar Voland to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match clock showed 63 minutes, the score became 1-3 when Donald Treiber sped through TV PFLUGFELDEN's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Sigmar Voland. Leonid Sanders took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kim Rasche, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Robin Schulze-Boysen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Leonid Sanders tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match clock showed 70 minutes, the score became 2-3 when Robin Schulze-Boysen sped through Obersgegen's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Leonid Sanders. Erling Röbe kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Donald Treiber's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sigmar Voland read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. In the 85th minute, Donald Treiber left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Obersgegen fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-5. Leonid Sanders didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Robin Schulze-Boysen went, in the 90th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-5 was the resulting score. Leonid Sanders took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kim Rasche, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
