Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Klemens Dagenbach started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Joachim Euskirchen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sebastian Ahrens read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 4th minute of play. Sebastian Ahrens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Herbert Stube in the 5th minute of the match. Sebastian Ahrens took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Herbert Stube, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 7 played minutes FC Schluffies got a freekick which was hit by Takeshi Heuchel. Täve Echterhoff sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dominik Althenn recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Klemens Dagenbach charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Klemens Dagenbach the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Klemens Dagenbach kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, FC Schluffies's Oswald Kuch threw himself towards the right post 22 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Klemens Dagenbach, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Schluffies's goalkeeper Sebastian Ahrens, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Herbert Stube in the 29th minute of play forced FC Schluffies's goalkeeper Sebastian Ahrens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 34 minutes into the match, FC Schluffies's goal looked a bit too open when Täve Echterhoff came free, but Sebastian Ahrens reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC Schluffies's Sebastian Ahrens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joachim Euskirchen in the 39th minute of play. Joachim Euskirchen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Herbert Stube in the 43rd minute of play forced FC Schluffies's goalkeeper Sebastian Ahrens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Täve Echterhoff struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Sebastian Ahrens didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Preussen Krefeld II. Täve Echterhoff sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Herbert Stube to strike the kick off in the second half. Jörn Grosser fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sebastian Ahrens having to interfere. If Florian Trumpf had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 69 minutes, Takeshi Heuchel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Schluffies's supporters crossed their fingers, but Takeshi Heuchel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Takeshi Heuchel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Oswald Kuch tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Preussen Krefeld II getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Dominik Althenn hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in FC Schluffies's zone, Täve Echterhoff stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sebastian Ahrens came out of the goal and Täve Echterhoff tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Herbert Stube scored 0-2 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sebastian Ahrens, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Herbert Stube fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sebastian Ahrens having to interfere. Jörn Grosser fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sebastian Ahrens having to interfere. Täve Echterhoff could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Sebastian Ahrens made a huge save. If Jörn Grosser had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Herbert Stube in the 90thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Sebastian Ahrens, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If Jörn Grosser had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The FC Schluffies fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Preussen Krefeld II were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
