After a rather tough play, Obersgegen's Lukasz Hopp got a free kick in the 26th minute. A collision led to FC Paradieso getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Falk Baum hit a great ball. In the 33rd minute, Donald Treiber got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 36 minutes into the match, FC Paradieso's goal looked a bit too open when Jens Das came free, but Robert Scharpe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to FC Paradieso getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Claas Kleszcz hit a great ball. Erasmus Strauch, 37 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After a defensive mix-up in FC Paradieso's zone, Jens Das stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Robert Scharpe came out of the goal and Jens Das tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 43rd minute, Noel Borchert hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Jens Das came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Obersgegen fans jumped to their feet. Obersgegen's Donald Treiber got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 47 minutes into the game, Noel Borchert was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Paradieso's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Obersgegen the free kick. After 47 played minutes FC Paradieso got a freekick which was hit by Noel Borchert. After the first half Obersgegen were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Donald Treiber stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Manuel Kunzmann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Leonid Sanders tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Jens Das had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Obersgegen's Erasmus Strauch shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 72nd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Robert Scharpe but with some difficulty. Robert Scharpe stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Donald Treiber's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. In the 78th minute, Jens Das got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 79 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for FC Paradieso! When the match had been going on for 82 minutes, Obersgegen's Erasmus Strauch got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Robert Scharpe. Lukasz Hopp hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. If Bernard Nowak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Lukasz Hopp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Robert Scharpe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Obersgegen's Donald Treiber, in the 93rd minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Obersgegen. In the 95th minute, Claas Kleszcz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Donald Treiber sent away a hard shot on goal in the 100th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the final whistle sounded Obersgegen left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than FC Paradieso.
