Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Folke Raimann got the match started through his kick off. The supporters of FC Abseits Riesa booed when SV Hohmann was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dennis Wild didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Gianni Nachtwei came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the FC Abseits Riesa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gianni Nachtwei couldn't finish the play. In the 8th minute of the match Hischam Kuklinski sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rudi Haese skillfully saved the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Folke Raimann managed to get in a good position for a shot. SV Hohmann's supporters rose to their feet, but Folke Raimann was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rene Terwiel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Erich Theißen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Rudi Haese made a huge save. When SV Hohmann's Folke Raimann in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Erich Theißen scored 2-0 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rudi Haese, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as Erich Theißen kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Rudi Haese. That made the score 3-0 in the 42 minute of play. Derk Nelsen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Rene Terwiel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lorenz Schnackenberg to make the kick off. Rene Terwiel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacob Gabriel in the 53rd minute of play. When FC Abseits Riesa's Erich Theißen in the 56th minute got a chance for a shot 56th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 66 minutes into the game, one of FC Abseits Riesa:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. FC Abseits Riesa:s Rene Terwiel showed great skill when he stopped Ingo Kesper:s penalty. In the 71st minute, Erich Theißen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 74thth minute of the game Erich Theißen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SV Hohmann's Rudi Haese was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. SV Hohmann's Rudi Haese played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erich Theißen in the 75th minute of play. If Erich Theißen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Konrad Nagel blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rudi Haese having to make a save. Derk Nelsen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Rene Terwiel made a huge save. In the 84th match minute, FC Abseits Riesa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fritz Borowski to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Erich Theißen managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Abseits Riesa's supporters rose to their feet, but Erich Theißen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rudi Haese breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to FC Abseits Riesa getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Börje Hock hit a great ball. Ingo Kesper missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 89 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Rene Terwiel right hand side. Velten Morawitz kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. In the 94th minute, Folke Raimann fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Rene Terwiel, passed just outside the right post. Velten Morawitz charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Velten Morawitz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 95th match minute, FC Abseits Riesa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Velten Morawitz to maneuver through the defense. Erich Theißen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 100th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rudi Haese having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the SV Hohmann players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for FC Abseits Riesa.
