Balthasar Reh showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christoph Kolter in the 3rd minute of the match. 5 minutes into the game, Matthias Jensen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gremberghoven FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Team Name the free kick. Matthias Jensen kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Nigel Fellbaum could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Rocky Bluhm made a huge save. In the 10th minute, Thierry Rombach hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rocky Bluhm was a little too slow when Nigel Fellbaum got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 11th minute. The score was now 1-0. Balthasar Reh showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christoph Kolter, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. If Fabian Förster had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nigel Fellbaum got free with Rocky Bluhm in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Fabian Förster sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Fabian Förster kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Rocky Bluhm. That made the score 2-0 in the 29 minute of play. Team Name's Hartmut Schnittke got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rocky Bluhm showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabian Förster in the 36th minute of the match. In the 38th minute, Matthias Jensen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 39th minute, Hartmut Schnittke made a precise shot to the right of Balthasar Reh. Gremberghoven FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. After a defensive mix-up in Team Name's zone, Julius Bereths stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rocky Bluhm came out of the goal and Julius Bereths tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nigel Fellbaum stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Fabian Förster kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nigel Fellbaum in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rocky Bluhm prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Wolfgang Mackscheidt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rocky Bluhm having to interfere. Christoph Kolter fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Balthasar Reh having to interfere. Nigel Fellbaum sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Friedo Baier fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Team Name's protests and gave Friedo Baier a yellow card for diving instead. In the 63rd minute, Friedo Baier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Hartmut Schnittke had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Hartmut Schnittke managed to get in a good position for a shot. Team Name's supporters rose to their feet, but Hartmut Schnittke was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Balthasar Reh breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Team Name booed when Gremberghoven FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabian Förster didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Nigel Fellbaum had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gremberghoven FC's Merten Gehring got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nigel Fellbaum recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 89 played minutes Team Name got a freekick which was hit by Abdelaziz Marzok. If Nigel Fellbaum had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nigel Fellbaum fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rocky Bluhm having to interfere. There was no doubt that Gremberghoven FC were the better team. Gremberghoven FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
